Project Controller Job Description

As a Project Controller at Wernick Refurbished Buildings, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial handovers to snag-free project completion. You will work closely with our dynamic teams to ensure every project you touch is a success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all project documentation and administration, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Maintain accurate project costing sheets, managing costs and revenues to maximise profitability.
  • Clarify project specifications and manage variations directly with clients.
  • Ensure Health & Safety documents, site plans, and other paperwork are submitted timely.
  • Liaise with internal teams (design, production) and key suppliers to ensure project plans are delivered to client specifications.
  • Attend internal and external meetings to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Ensure project-specific documents like O&M Manuals are delivered to clients on time.
  • Help site teams ensure snag-free project handovers.
  • Coordinate site activity with the Head of Projects when necessary.
Requirements:
  • A61 Appointed Person CPCS qualification (preferred)
  • SMSTS certification (advantageous)
  • CSCS or CPCS cardholder
