About the Role

Chapter is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach to join our team. As a Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals experiencing mental ill-health to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one coaching sessions, group workshops, and peer group activities to support individuals in improving their mental health and wellbeing.
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to help individuals achieve their goals and improve their mental wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with the Mental Health and Wellbeing Lead to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of coaching sessions and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Passion for working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges and a commitment to empowering them to achieve their potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals and stakeholders.
