Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one coaching sessions, group workshops, and peer group activities to support individuals in improving their mental health and wellbeing.
- Develop and implement personalized plans to help individuals achieve their goals and improve their mental wellbeing.
- Collaborate with the Mental Health and Wellbeing Lead to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication with stakeholders.
