The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a skilled Investment Valuation Analyst to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in the financial assessment of renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quarterly updates of financial models for projects and funds, generating discounted cash flow analyses and internal rate of return calculations.
- Evaluate and refine input assumptions in financial models, providing insights and recommendations for adjustments.
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive valuation reports, ensuring compliance with investor and regulatory standards.
- Support the auditing process for external funds.
- Collaborate with the asset management team to identify and model opportunities for value enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum classification of 2:1.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.
