Job Opportunity
We're looking for a skilled Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at the Riverside Inn. As a Kitchen Team Leader, you'll be responsible for supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team to achieve high standards of food knowledge and skill.
- Develop and maintain a high standard of food knowledge and skill.
- Ensure compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal requirements.
- Contribute to the development of the brigade and help propel the team forward.
