Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced teaching assistant to provide one-to-one support for a child with an Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP) and Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND).

The successful candidate will work closely with the teaching staff to provide tailored support, prepare classroom materials, and monitor the child's progress. They will also be responsible for setting up equipment, undertaking non-teaching tasks, and assisting with toileting and personal hygiene as needed.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
