Key Responsibilities:
As the Restaurant Operations Manager, your primary duties will include:
1. **Leading and mentoring staff**: Recruiting, training, and supervising team members to ensure high standards of service.
2. **Ensuring compliance**: Upholding all licensing, hygiene, and health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
3. **Enhancing guest satisfaction**: Striving to provide guests with outstanding service and quality food, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
4. **Financial oversight**: Maintaining a solid understanding of profit and loss accounts to drive the restaurant's financial success.
