Asda Stores Ltd is seeking a talented Data Insight Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming how we make decisions by building and implementing commercial data models.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across various departments to gain a deep understanding of key business processes and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop bespoke data models that optimize these processes, leading to enhanced financial performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Design, build, and implement data models that support diverse business functions, such as promotional planning and logistics optimization.
  • Provide training and coaching to end users, ensuring seamless integration of data models into existing workflows.
  • Leverage your expertise in SQL, Azure, or similar technologies to query, manipulate, and transform large datasets effectively.
  • Work with complex planning and decision-making models in Anaplan or equivalent platforms.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships by delivering projects with integrity and leadership.
Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in understanding key business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex challenges.
  • Proficiency in data modeling techniques and tools, including SQL, Azure, and Anaplan.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
