International Tax Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced International Tax Manager to join our team at Vitae Financial Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our international tax strategy and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead in overseas tax filings, ensuring all filing obligations are met across all taxes.
  • Provide M&A support during due diligence, including advice on post-deal integration and tax structuring.
  • Establish tax processes for new overseas offices and ensure country-by-country and Pillar 2 reporting.
  • Prepare transfer pricing calculations and documentation.
  • Assist in tax reporting and accounting for the UK Group and overseas subsidiaries.
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA) or qualified tax professional (CTA / ATT) with significant international tax experience.
  • Proven track record of leading international tax teams and managing complex tax projects.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working with or within a listed business environment, with exposure to M&A activity.
