Claims Support Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Support Advisor to join our Travel Claims team. As a Claims Support Advisor, you will be responsible for accurately assessing claims in line with policy terms and conditions and ensuring that valid claims are paid quickly, without unnecessary delay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing empathetic support to customers by understanding their needs and resolving disputes in a timely manner
  • Accurately recording information and maintaining accurate records
  • Confidently making outbound calls to customers and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Highly organized under pressure with good attention to detail
  • Proficient in written communication and IT skills, including Excel and data input
  • Customer service experience is helpful but not essential
