Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct reporting to the Department Director
  • Maintain a proactive professional demeanor with strong client care skills
  • Oversee all aspects of Education Law cases, providing technical guidance to team members as needed
  • Manage Education Law matters, including Special Education Needs (SEN), school admission appeals, and social care judicial reviews
  • Handle Academy conversions and related services
  • Manage a diverse caseload effectively
  • Ensure accurate time costing and compliance with file management standards
Essential Skills:
  • Possession of a valid Practicing Certificate
  • Team-oriented with adaptability to new challenges
  • Proven supervisory experience with a focus on performance metrics
