About AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS)

This division is dedicated to enhancing revenue, fostering adoption, and driving growth across a spectrum of clients, from burgeoning small- and mid-market enterprises to large-scale customers, including those in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities

We are in search of a seasoned Enablement Lead to formulate and implement comprehensive enablement strategies for our Technology community in EMEA. This position will oversee the initial onboarding process, ongoing training, and professional growth of our Solutions Architects (SAs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and their supervisors. You will serve as the authority on Field Enablement, Readiness, Effectiveness, and Professional Development, cultivating relationships across all tiers within EMEA Tech teams and the SSOE cross-functional groups to devise and execute impactful readiness and productivity enhancement solutions.

Your role will involve:

  • Collecting skills and competency requirements from local SAs, CSMs, and managers.
  • Leveraging your enablement expertise to design and implement tailored enablement plans and programs.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  2. Proficiency with sales CRM platforms such as Salesforce or comparable software.
  3. Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  4. Demonstrated ability in defining, refining, and executing sales processes, procedures, and policies.
  5. Prior experience in enablement roles.
  6. Background in a high-growth technology environment.
  7. Experience in finance, business management, and sales operations.
