Hiscox is a leading international insurance group seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Security Architect to lead the development and implementation of our global cybersecurity strategy and architecture.
This is a permanent position reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and is a member of the Cyber Leadership Team (CLT).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement global cybersecurity strategy and architecture roadmaps, patterns, and blueprints.
- Develop technical standards, define requirements and control objectives, and consult into various strategic security programmes and projects.
- Act as a cybersecurity subject matter expert and oversee the activities of security architects and business analysts.
- Communicate effectively with various audiences, including DevOps engineers and senior executives.
- Experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies and architectures.
- Strong technical knowledge of security standards and regulatory requirements, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certification is desirable.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
