Position: Psychological Practitioner

Location: Flexible Role / Remote – East Midlands or Yorkshire

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (full-time equivalent)

Employment Type: Permanent, Term Time Only, 41 weeks (Part-Time, Hours to be agreed)

Requirements: Valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle are essential

We are seeking a qualified Psychological Practitioner to join our dedicated team, contributing to tailored assessment and intervention strategies for the individuals we support. Role Overview

As part of a well-established clinical team, you will facilitate multi-disciplinary teamwork, collaborating with Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Assistant Psychologists, and Therapy Assistants. The clinical team is integrated within the educational framework, promoting effective collaboration with educational and residential staff to enhance clinical outcomes for the individuals we serve. Outcomes First Group prioritizes clinical professional development in the South Region, offering supervision and training opportunities to ensure evidence-based interventions.

You will operate within the established service policies and procedures, adhering to existing multi-disciplinary and Clinical Governance frameworks to support ongoing service development and maintain quality assurance.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Post-graduate doctoral qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic).
  • Registration with the HCPC and BPS.
  • Experience supervising Assistant Psychologists.
  • Background in working with children and adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, including those with complex needs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Skills in conflict resolution and sensitive engagement with individuals.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development relevant to the role.
  • Significant post-qualification experience with both adults and children.
  • Experience in teaching or training.
  • Full valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Proficiency in data management, including collection and analysis to inform service delivery and development.
