Job Title: Mobile Heavy Plant Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mobile Heavy Plant Engineer to join our team at CV-Library. As a Mobile Heavy Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on a variety of heavy plant equipment, including trailers, winches, dumpers, diggers, skimmers, telehandlers, Manitou, and pallet trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair work on heavy plant equipment
  • Conduct LOLER inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Use specialist tooling and equipment to diagnose and repair complex issues
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in heavy plant maintenance and repair
  • LOLER training and certification
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
