Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality eye care services to our customers, including routine eye exams and treatment of eye conditions.
  • Work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our customers.
  • Develop and implement new patient services and initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with our in-store, regional, and home office teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest eye care developments and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our services.
