Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Support Worker to join our team at our supported living service in Hemsworth. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered support to individuals who require assistance with daily living tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals with care needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Encourage and support individuals to engage in community activities, such as social events, hobbies, and outings
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment
