Branch Manager for Real Estate Agency
Location: Grays, Essex
Salary: £30,000 Basic (dependent on experience)
OTE: £60,000/70,000

Position Overview
The Branch Manager will take an active role in overseeing the sales team. This individual will effectively manage their schedule and resources to maximize the potential of the staff and branch operations. A strong emphasis will be placed on accuracy, attention to detail, and fostering positive relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Achieving set targets and objectives will be a key focus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver in-branch training and coaching as needed for team members
  • Conduct individual performance reviews and appraisals in line with company standards
  • Handle daily inquiries both in person and via telephone, along with administrative tasks
  • Ensure timely completion of all relevant checklists
  • Maintain branch compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Promote lead generation through partnerships with conveyancing, mortgage advisors, and other third-party services

Required Experience and Qualities
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate agency
  • Proven ability to meet targets and inspire the team to achieve similar results
  • Possession of a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated record of personal effectiveness
  • Customer-focused with a results-oriented mindset
  • Experience in people management is desirable
