Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor (Luxury Residential) Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our client's commercial team in West London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, with a focus on luxury projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the commercial team in the delivery of high-end residential projects, including new builds, refurbishments, and extensions. They will work closely with the project managers and site teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or quantity surveying, and a minimum of 3 years' experience working for a reputable main contractor. They will also have a strong understanding of commercial skills and awareness, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

  • Relevant degree or other qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working for a reputable main contractor
