Job Description

**Technical Project Manager - NPD Lead**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our New Product Development (NPD) projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of NPD projects, from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management processes and procedures to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of NPD projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing, to scope, specify, and deliver projects.
  • Provide project estimation, risk assessment, and problem-solving to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Engineering background with experience in electronics, software, firmware, and mechanical design.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into concrete technical specifications.
  • Competent in conducting risk analysis at a technical and commercial level.
  • Experience working in a well-structured project management environment, from concept to production.
  • Project management qualifications and experience.
  • Knowledge of regulatory approvals, including CE, CA, UL, or others.
