  • Handle quotations, order parts, and organize meetings for engineers.
  • Proactively schedule work, maintain relationships, and address concerns promptly.
  • Monitor team performance, provide clear objectives, conduct training, and manage correspondence efficiently.
Requirements
  • Strong administration skills and experience in scheduling engineers.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Efficient, organized, and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Computer literate with experience working with job scheduling systems.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of the engineering environment.
