The National Trust is seeking a skilled Tour Driver to provide exceptional customer service to visitors from around the world. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safely transporting visitors to and from our locations, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service to visitors, responding to their needs and ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Drive a bus safely and efficiently, adhering to our operational guidelines and procedures.
- Conduct daily checks and maintain the cleanliness of our tour bus.
- Perform basic IT tasks, such as printing passenger lists and reporting passenger figures.
Requirements
- A full, valid driving license with a D1 category and PCV license.
- Good knowledge of the Highway Code and safe driving practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
