We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Hunter AHP. As a Mental Health Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients with mental health conditions
- Assess and develop treatment plans to promote patient independence and well-being
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Conduct manual handling assessments and provide equipment recommendations
- Support patients in managing their mental health needs
Requirements:
- Current registration with the HCPC as an Occupational Therapist
- Proven experience in mental health occupational therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
