Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Fire Safety Consultant to join a leading retrofit organization. This role is pivotal in enhancing safety standards across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a variety of large-scale projects focused on fire safety.
- Ensure quality assurance in the installation of fire protection systems and external cladding.
- Conduct thorough on-site inspections to assess compliance and safety measures.
- Prepare comprehensive Fire Strategy Reports.
- Engage in detailed report writing and documentation.
- Evaluate technical and regulatory aspects related to cladding and high/mid-rise projects.
- Assist in developing compliant remediation strategies for various projects.
- Review and formulate Fire Strategies for both new and existing clientele.
- Perform periodic inspections of sites and structures.
- Generate fire engineering reports based on findings.
- Conduct site visits as necessary.
Position Requirements:
- Proven experience in Fire Engineering.
- A relevant degree in Engineering is preferred.
- A desire to work towards or hold membership in the Institution of Fire Engineers.
- Attractive salary range (£65,000 - £90,000 depending on experience).
