Security Supervisor

Shift Pattern: 02 per hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Security Supervisor to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and staff at Livingston Designer Outlet. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the security team and ensuring that all security personnel understand their individual roles and deliver a professional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the security team to ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure customer experience.
- Ensure that all security personnel are trained and equipped to respond to emergency situations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a security leadership role, preferably in a retail or commercial environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
- SIA Door Supervisor/Security Guard licence and SIA CCTV licence.
