About the Role
  • Expand Your Network: You'll be responsible for bringing in new business from day one, leveraging your existing network and developing strong relationships with corporate prospects.
  • Client Management: You will also manage and nurture relationships with existing private and corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
  • Team Leadership: The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a team of business developers, guiding them in opening new accounts and contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Develop a deep understanding of all FX products and services, effectively guiding clients towards tailored solutions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 25+ years of experience dealing in deliverable FX markets.
  • A proven track record of success in closing new business and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a strategic mindset.
  • A highly motivated and results-oriented approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
