Job Title: Electrician / Secure Power / Renewable Field Engineer

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Location: Northern Ireland – On the road

We are working with a leading engineering firm that supplies and maintains a range of power and energy products to recruit for their new field-based Engineer. As a key member of the team, you will be involved in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of their product ranges at client sites across Ireland, including hospitals, data centres, banking, and battery storage facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and maintenance of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), Solar PV, EV Charging, and Battery Energy Storage systems
  • Working at client sites to ensure smooth operation of power and energy systems
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
Requirements:
  • Electrically qualified with experience in the installation/maintenance of one or more of the following: UPS, Solar PV, EV Charging, and Battery Energy Storage
  • Clean Driving Licence
  • 18th Edition wiring regulations
  • 2391 Inspection and testing
  • Knowledge of DC Power
