The Role

As a Functional Assessor, you'll be responsible for evaluating individuals and assessing how their disabilities or conditions impact their work life. Drawing on your clinical expertise, you'll conduct thorough medical histories, perform physical examinations, and produce accurate reports for the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP). Your role will involve meeting with clients face-to-face and via telephone/video, requiring sensitivity, compassion, and excellent communication skills.
