About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Casual Support Worker to join our team in Northampton. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting customers with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live the lives they choose.

Our ideal candidate will be caring, fun, and up for a challenge. You will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers and have excellent communication skills. If you are looking for a career where no two days are the same, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene as needed
  • Administer medication as required
  • Support with preparing and cooking meals
  • Accompany customers to medical appointments
  • Support with social activities and independent skills
  • Contribute to keeping accurate records and updating care plans
  • Participate in training and professional development
Requirements
  • Full UK/International driving license
  • Access to a vehicle with mileage paid at 0.45p per mile
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to achieve the Care Certificate
