Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team and work side by side with the Head of Product to extend the Rayls Private Subnets product. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the product development lifecycle from requirements gathering into regular releases.
  • Promote the Agile development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
  • Define and maintain quality standards for products and features, working closely with QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, QA, and project management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies, working with Rayls's Head of Product to recommend new product development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a strong technical background, such as a Computer Science degree or experience working as a software developer.
  • Deep understanding of Web3 / blockchain / crypto technologies, with at least 5 years working experience in the space.
  • Experience working in financial services businesses, such as banks, fintechs, or building financial software.
  • Demonstrable proficiency with at least one modern programming language (Python, GOLang, Javascript, etc.).
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal direction from management.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English skills, able to create a common understanding between different types of internal and external stakeholders.
