Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and clinically focused pharmacist to join our clinical pharmacy team at Raigmore Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your clinical skills and support the pharmacy team in various specialties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the pharmacy team in medical, surgical, and women & children's specialties
  • Develop clinical skills to support lead pharmacists in other areas of interest
  • Work across different sub-specialties with rotations agreed to suit training and development needs
  • Assist with the training and development of pharmacy students, trainee and junior pharmacists, and pharmacy technicians
  • Participate in education and training of the wider multidisciplinary team

Requirements

  • Registered pharmacist with a Masters Degree in Pharmacy
  • Relevant post-registration experience
  • Post-graduate qualifications in Clinical Pharmacy and Independent Prescribing desirable
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team and prioritize tasks
