Role Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Education Outreach Specialists to join our team. The successful candidates will be passionate about education and committed to delivering engaging and effective educational support sessions. You will work with students to help them improve their understanding and performance in English, Maths, and Science, tailoring your approach to meet individual learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one and small group educational support sessions in English, Maths, and Science.
  • Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to make learning engaging and accessible.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or a related subject (e.g., a degree in English, Maths, Science, Education, or equivalent).
  • Experience in educational support or teaching core subjects.
  • Strong knowledge of the curriculum and exam requirements for English, Maths, and Science.
  • Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
  • Ability to tailor teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience with educational technology and online educational support platforms.
  • Familiarity with special educational needs and strategies to support diverse learners.
