This innovative company is set to revolutionize the market with cutting-edge AI solutions, and they're looking for a strong technical leader to scale their engineering efforts and shape the future of sports technology.
As the Site Lead/Director of Software Engineering, you'll oversee the development of AI-driven products, manage a growing engineering team, and work closely with key stakeholders to drive the company's technology vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and grow an innovative software engineering team.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle, focusing on quality and scalability.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Proven leadership experience in software engineering, particularly within AI or data science, is essential. Expertise in Python and associated technologies is also required. Experience building and scaling teams in fast-moving environments is a plus.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an AI-driven sports tech company with tremendous growth potential. You'll have the chance to grow a team to circa 15-20 initially in Belfast.
