Hours: 35.5 hours per week, including every Saturday (part-time hours considered)
Salary: £55,000 FTE (negotiable based on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Relief Pharmacist to join our team at Superdrug. As a Relief Pharmacist, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of exceptional patient care, stock control, operational, and GPhC standards in our pharmacies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of great service, stock control, operational, and GPhC standards in our pharmacies
- Lead and coach pharmacy teams to achieve exceptional service and exceed targets
- Maximize profit through the achievement of targets, with an understanding of NHS pharmacy funding
- Cover multiple stores, with a full driving license preferred
Requirements:
- GPhC qualified pharmacist, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
- Preferably with experience of working in a community pharmacy
- Understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and how to maximize profit through target achievement
- Full driving license to cover multiple stores (preferred)
