Job Title: Relief Pharmacist - Community Healthcare Specialist

Location: Luton (with requirements to cover multiple pharmacies)

Hours: 35.5 hours per week, including every Saturday (part-time hours considered)

Salary: £55,000 FTE (negotiable based on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Relief Pharmacist to join our team at Superdrug. As a Relief Pharmacist, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of exceptional patient care, stock control, operational, and GPhC standards in our pharmacies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of great service, stock control, operational, and GPhC standards in our pharmacies
  • Lead and coach pharmacy teams to achieve exceptional service and exceed targets
  • Maximize profit through the achievement of targets, with an understanding of NHS pharmacy funding
  • Cover multiple stores, with a full driving license preferred

Requirements:

  • GPhC qualified pharmacist, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
  • Preferably with experience of working in a community pharmacy
  • Understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and how to maximize profit through target achievement
  • Full driving license to cover multiple stores (preferred)
