Job Summary:

Resolian UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scientist to lead our immunogenicity group within the wider immunoassay department. As a Senior Scientist, you will be responsible for providing scientific leadership and oversight of development and validation of analytical methods, ensuring high-quality results are delivered to our customers in compliance with GLP/GCP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide scientific leadership and oversight of development and validation of analytical methods
  • Ensure high-quality results are delivered to customers in compliance with GLP/GCP
  • Develop and troubleshoot methods independently, with minimal supervision
  • Direct the work of more junior staff, including managing projects and taking scientific lead
  • Train and mentor junior staff, where appropriate
  • Build strong partnerships with customers to support their drug development pipeline
  • Make scientific decisions in accordance with FDA regulatory guidelines
  • Design and deliver robust pre-clinical and clinical analytical methods within the ADA team
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality methods to customers
  • Adapt and find solutions to customer problems
  • Maintain a focus on quality and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Degree in biological science or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience in a GXP accredited laboratory is advantageous
  • Awareness of M10 and FDA regulatory guidelines
