Senior Structural Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer to join our team in Buckinghamshire. As a senior member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including structural building engineering design, diagnosing building defects, and creating repair specifications.

As a seasoned professional, you will have at least 5 years of experience working at a senior level, ideally in a small to medium-sized practice. You will have demonstrable people management experience and skills, as well as the ability to generate business within the industry.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the directors in mentoring graduate engineers to become Chartered
  • Providing support to the directors in the running of the company
  • Undertaking detailed forensic building defect surveys and reporting
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously

We are looking for an individual who is living within a commutable distance of Aylesbury, High Wycombe, Watford, Luton, Milton Keynes, Buckingham, Oxford, Reading, Slough, or willing to relocate. If you are a Chartered Structural Engineer or Civil Engineer with a passion for building engineering, we would love to hear from you.
