Private Client Department Opportunity

Legal Southwest is seeking a talented legal professional to join their Private Client department, which has experienced significant growth in recent years. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing a varied caseload, including the preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, tax planning, estate administration, and Court of Protection work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload, providing expert advice and guidance to clients;
  • Prepare and execute Wills and Powers of Attorney, ensuring seamless estate administration;
  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize clients' liabilities;
  • Represent clients in Court of Protection proceedings, advocating for their interests;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service and achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:
  • STEP qualification and SFE membership (training available for the right candidate);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
