Italian Speaking Office Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Italian speaking office administrator to join our team on a 3-month temporary contract on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to a busy team and ensure smooth communication with staff members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general secretarial and administrative support to the team
  • Act as the main point of contact for staff members and clients, ensuring effective communication
  • Ensure all materials are accurate and documented efficiently and correctly on the database
  • Maintain and update all project files and project documents
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have a solid administration background and be a self-motivated, dynamic, and able to take initiative to achieve the end-result. You will be a professional and dedicated Italian speaker who is seeking to develop your administrative career within a respected organization where you can add value and make a difference.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience as an Administrator, Administration Coordinator, or Administrative Assistant
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
