We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Front Desk Ambassador to serve as the public face of our esteemed establishment, The Judge's Lodging, a premier Inn under the Thwaites brand.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team and make a lasting impression on our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet every guest with a warm and welcoming smile
  • Efficiently assist guests with the check-in and check-out process
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Upsell rooms and other facilities to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Inform guests of our facilities and offer advice and assistance when necessary

Requirements:

  • A warm and approachable demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to unexpected situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
