Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated Aquatic Instructors for various roles within our organization.

This is a permanent role with established working hours. We require instructors to be available Monday to Friday from 4 pm to 6 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, with potential for daytime school cover.

Do you possess an STA Award or Certificate, or a Swim England Level 2 Qualification in Teaching Swimming? Do you have experience teaching a diverse range of students? Are you passionate about imparting swimming skills?

As an Aquatic Instructor, you will conduct sessions effectively, utilizing your teaching expertise and enthusiasm to help students achieve their swimming goals. Flexibility in your teaching approach and working hours is essential to meet the needs of our organization.

• You will be responsible for creating lesson plans and a detailed curriculum that aligns with the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme. You will conduct sessions according to the schedule, ensuring classes start and end punctually.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers is crucial. You should have a friendly demeanor and a proactive attitude, ensuring that all participants feel comfortable.
• Adherence to the Swim England Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct is mandatory, and any child safeguarding concerns must be reported promptly, in line with Fusion's Safeguarding policy.
• All lessons must be delivered safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
• We value continuous improvement; you should always seek ways to enhance our swimming lesson program and elevate our service to swimmers and clients.
