Shift Supervisor

Job Summary

Lidl in Deutschland is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Shift Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Motivate and support your team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Swiftly resolve operational issues and delegate tasks to team members.
• Create a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
• Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
• Ensure efficient stock management, inventory control, and cash handling processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading a team to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Effective communication and delegation skills to motivate and support team members.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
