Job Title: Traffic Management Operative

We are seeking a highly motivated Traffic Management Operative to join our Alba Traffic Management team based at Inverness. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and removing Temporary Traffic Management equipment on high and low-speed roads, ensuring compliance with Company Policies and National Highways Sector Scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and remove Temporary Traffic Management equipment, including cones, signs, frames, sandbags, and traffic lights.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective traffic management and minimize disruptions to road users.
  • Contribute to the Company's zero harm culture by adhering to Health, Safety, and Environmental management standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience working on highways, preferably with knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Lantra approved 12D or 12 A/B qualifications desirable, with training and development provided for candidates with the necessary skills and aptitude.
  • Full UK Clean Drivers Licence essential, with an HGV Licence an advantage.
