About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Driver to join our team at Outward Housing. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting our guests to and from our activity breaks, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect our minibus from East Sussex and drive to our East London base to meet support staff and guests at the start of the holiday.
  • Drive to various activity locations in-between London and East Sussex, with stops for our guests to enjoy.
  • Support staff will assist with loading the minibus and ensuring wheelchairs are secure.

Requirements

  • Full clean driving licence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Desirable - experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
