An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled professional to support the Goods In and Stock Control Team Leader in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring the receipt and despatch of goods
  • Check and inspect goods received to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Sign for goods received into the warehouse
  • Update the stock system and keep inventories up to date
  • Load and unload goods from company and third-party vehicles
  • Assist in inventorying and reporting returned equipment to the Campaign Managers
  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
Other Requirements:
  • Deliver and collect goods as needed
  • Conduct quality control of goods in and out of the warehouse
  • Support alternative sites and locations when required by the organisation
  • Provide assistance to the Field Support team, which may involve off-site work
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
  • Essential:
    • Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
    • Understanding of material/stock management techniques and inventory control methods
    • Ability to lift and move heavy items
    • Team player with strong attention to detail
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
    • Reliable, organised, and able to work under pressure
    • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
    • Valid driving licence
  • Desirable:
    • Forklift Licence (Counter Balance/Reach Truck)
    • NVQ in warehousing and storage
