About the Role

CFC Consult Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Events Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through effective sales and event management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and send proposals to conference and event enquiries, upselling on every occasion to maximise revenue
  • Follow up on enquiries and conduct showrounds to convert enquiries into bookings, ensuring the commerciality of each event via optimum diary management
  • Complete conference and events contracts with the highest level of accuracy to ensure a superior customer experience and overall successful event
  • Plan and execute event details via function sheets in a timely and highly accurate manner, working closely with the wider sales and operational teams
  • Assist with planning and hosting of Open Evenings and other promotional events
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of OPERA is an advantage, but not essential
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Creative and original thinking
  • Well-organised with high attention to detail
  • Well-presented
