Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Commercial Operations Manager to oversee one of our key accounts in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Retail sectors. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization that values professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the assigned account or pursue new business ventures.
- Drive sustainable sales growth within the designated account portfolio.
- Leverage Power BI to generate insightful reports and dashboards, providing quick insights into category performance.
- Analyze internal metrics to uncover trends, challenges, and opportunities, and relay findings to the commercial team promptly.
- Compile data for the Sales & Operations tracker to ensure accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with the Planning team to confirm all activities are executed on schedule, addressing any logistical challenges.
- Maintain and update customer sales records, delivering weekly insights.
- Track and update promotional discount initiatives on a weekly basis.
- Oversee and refresh the commercial forecast across all operational sites.
Qualifications:
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) landscape.
- Experience: Proven track record in account management within a similar industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with prior experience in Power BI.
Essential Skills:
- Strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Effective planning and organizational skills.
