Bookkeeper Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Marks Sattin in the High Peak area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company and contribute to its success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable and credit control
  • Process banking and cashflow transactions
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns
  • Process payroll and new customer account set-ups
  • Verify supplier invoices and maintain accurate financial records
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in accounts and bookkeeping
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
