About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team at Hallmark Luxury Care Homes. As a Gardener, you will play a vital role in maintaining our beautiful outdoor spaces, ensuring they are safe, tidy, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain our grounds to the highest standards, ensuring they are safe and inviting for residents and staff.
  • Tend to flowerbeds, shrubs, and trees, planting and nurturing a variety of flora to enhance the beauty of our outdoor spaces.
  • Care for equipment and structures such as fencing, ensuring they are well-maintained and in good working order.
  • Clear snow and ice in the winter to ensure the safety of residents and staff.
  • Use garden treatment chemicals in line with COSHH regulations, prioritizing the health and safety of all.
  • Adapt your work schedule to accommodate the needs of our residents, demonstrating patience and empathy in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and inclusive environment that supports the well-being of our residents.
