About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Service Manager to lead our Treatment Centre team, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing resources, overseeing facilities, and using data to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Operations team to deliver high-quality services to our clients
  • Manage resources, including staff, facilities, and equipment
  • Oversee the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with Clinical Services Matron and Regional General Manager to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure the Treatment Centre is a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff
