OT Consulting Practice Lead

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our OT Consulting practice, which focuses on helping our customers address one of their key challenges in information security: ensuring a safer digital society. On a strategic, tactical, and operational level, your team will serve as a bridge between business and IT/OT, providing senior-level guidance to management teams at C-level. You will be expected to build and lead a high-performing team, identify and develop business opportunities, drive the portfolio for your domain, and drive financial growth for your team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the growth of our global organization.
  • Improve market recognition of our services business and collaborate with marketing, global product/service lines, and external agencies (such as PR and events).
  • Assist in building and executing Account-Based Marketing plans and Account Development strategies specifically focused on services engagement.
  • Identify enabling technology partnerships that can boost service revenue growth.
  • Help upskill our sales team on capabilities associated with advisory services.
  • Help educate presales/solutions on filling gaps in our MSS portfolio with local professional services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information security, cybersecurity, engineering, or a related field.
  • Outstanding executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and drive customer strategy and execution.
  • Proven experience working in information security.
  • Substantial industry expertise across OT security standards and NIST 800 82.
  • Hands-on experience with designing, configuring, and/or maintaining OT ICS systems.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and experience in developing GTM strategies, creating value propositions based on customer needs.
  • Certification in CISM or CISSP is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
