Role: Male Learning Disabilities Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Male Learning Disabilities Healthcare Support Workers to join our team in providing exceptional care to individuals with learning disabilities. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' daily living activities, promoting their independence, and fostering a positive and enriching environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Provide support with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication administration, and household chores.
  • Encourage social interaction and participation in recreational activities.
  • Implement individualized care plans to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 12 months of UK-based experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or autism.
  • Experience and confidence in performing physical interventions.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
